Brand new waterfront cottage with private pool, firepit and boat dock plus 4 bedrooms and 3 full bath in beautiful 2,600 sq ft home.  Rental rate covers up to 8 guests, but house can accommodate up to 14 guests with additional person fees.

The 80' boat dock can accommodate one boat up to 100' or two boats up to 40' each.  Draft is 5ft at low tide and dock has two 50 amps and a 20 amp plus water.   There a fish cleaning station plus a storage shed with a freezer for fish and bait. 

This family-friendly home is completely furnished with all kitchen appliances, gas barbecue grill, full-sized washer and dryer plus TVs in every room and Wi-Fi.  The house also comes equipped with a full generator and exterior security cameras. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while 2 rooms have queen beds and one has two twin size and two full size bunk beds. Living room comes with pull out couch.  Outdoor dining for up to 12 people.  

Home is located on the western end of Grand Bahama Island, in an area known as Bootle Bay in West End. There are also several local restaurants in the area as well as dining at nearby Old Bahama Bay resort.  It is easily accessible by commercial or private air service as well as by boat.

Property is located 2 miles from the Old Bahama Bay Marina for boater customs and immigration clearance, 3 miles from West End Airport, 25 miles from Freeport International Airport and 30 miles from Lucaya. Car rental available right in Bootle Bay.
