Casa Malaya is a 4-bedroom villa with boat dock and private pool located in the idyllic community of West End on Grand Bahama Island only 56 miles from West Palm Beach, Florida.
The 2-story house comes complete with master bedroom with king bed and three guest bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 ½ bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests comfortably. There is also a sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom. The villa’s décor includes beautiful, tiled marble floors throughout the house and high ceilings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is impressive with stainless appliances including induction stove and beautiful cabinetry. The 2nd story porch is ideal for outdoor dining and the rooftop widow’s walk affords stunning 360-degree views of both the ocean and the canal. Guests also have use of a Golf Cart, BBQ grill, a one-man kayak, croquet set, tennis rackets and some children's toys are available upon request.

Casa Malaya has a private 55’ boat dock for the exclusive use of villa guests. The dock can accommodate boats up to 70’ with a 10’ draft and comes with 30 and 50 amp power and water. Please note there are 2 docks at the house, and the guest dock is on the vacant lot next to the villa. The villa is situated on the southeast corner of the turning basin in The Isles at Old Bahama Bay. Address is Allamanda Drive, West End, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas.

The Villa is located within the gates of the charming Old Bahama Bay Resort making it the perfect getaway. The convenience of a beautiful 6,000 foot all-concrete private air strip and full marina with immigration and customs services make it a true dream spot.

Private dock for vessels up to 70'. 30 amp power usage is free; Dockage fee for 50 amp power usage is an additional $75 per night.

Once a rental agreement is sent out, guests have 24 hours to sign the agreement and make payment, after which the hold is released.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date. Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.​
