Pineapple Beach House is set on a beautiful stretch of beach in Bootle Bay with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bath plus modern kitchen and spacious living area.  Rental rate covers up to 7 guests, but house can accommodate up to 10 guests with additional person fees.

This family-friendly home is completely furnished with all kitchen appliances, gas barbecue grill, full-sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi plus TVs in three rooms. The house also has available a porta-crib, high chair and toys for the little ones. The two master suites have a king sized beds while the guest room (3rd bedroom) has a queen bed and bunk bed.  Outdoor dining for up to 10 people.  

There are lots of water and land toys for complimentary use by our guests, including 4 kayaks, 8 sets of snorkeling equipment and 4 bicycles, plus Smart TV. 

This beachfront home is located on the western end of Grand Bahama Island, in an area known as Bootle Bay in West End. There are also several local restaurants in the area as well as dining at nearby Old Bahama Bay resort.  It is easily accessible by commercial or private air service as well as by boat.  Guests traveling by private boat have a number of options for dockage – we have neighboring houses with docks and we would be happy to make the arrangements for you, or we are also just minutes away from Blue Marlin Cove (guests must make their own reservations). Either way, we provide transportation to and from your boat to the house.

Property is located 2 miles from the Old Bahama Bay Marina for boater customs and immigration clearance, 3 miles from West End Airport, 25 miles from Freeport International Airport and 30 miles from Lucaya. Car rental available right in Bootle Bay.
