SeaClusive Villa 

SeaClusive Villa is located in the exclusive community of South Bahamia Freeport, Grand Bahama.  This 3-bedroom, 3-bath modern vacation rental villa includes all the key elements of a memorable stay: private dockage, private pool, close proximity to beach and golf courses.

 

Enjoy easy entertaining with a spacious deck equipped with an outdoor hibachi grill, poolside pavilion with bar, and a bright indoor ultra-modern kitchen with deluxe appliances. Lots of natural light comes through the huge windows throughout, accentuated by the polished wooden and marble floors and high ceilings. All three bedrooms have king sized beds. The immense pool terrace offers breathtaking views, the sun deck and stunning collection of lounging and dining spaces plus gas grill. There is even an outdoor bar that boasts sea views.

 

This modern waterfront villa comes with a private 60 foot dock with 10 ft draft and easy access to the abundantly clear waters of the northern Bahamas, will be the vacation of your dreams.

Rates

  • $1,100 per night + 6% service fee for 6 guests maximum

  • Housekeeping: exit clean of $300

  • 3-night minimum stay for boaters; 5 night minimum for villa only

  • Longer stays may be required over holiday periods.

  • Once a rental agreement is sent out, guests have 24 hours to sign the agreement and make payment, after which the hold is released. 

  • The villa docks can accommodate boats up to 60’ with a draft of 10’ MLW and come equipped with 30 and 50 amp power.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

​50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date.  No refunds if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date. Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date based on availability. No-Show guests forfeit full payment. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.

·        Minimum check-in age: 21. Guests will be required to provide a valid government issued ID for identification purposes.

·        No pets or service animals allowed.
·        No gatherings or parties are allowed. 
·        No Show Policy - 100% of booking amount will be charged.
