Villa Gardenia is a 2 story, 4 bedroom waterfront home with private boat dock and ocean views, set in the Old Bahama Bay residential community in West End, Grand Bahama Island.
This is a relaxed yet stylish island home with all the conveniences of modern living- full kitchen, dining area, central A/C, high-speed internet, marble bathrooms, separate laundry room and large party room. The home also comes with a private boat dock for boats up to 75’ with power and water and a fish cleaning station. Customs and immigration are located right here at Old Bahama Bay. The private airport at West End is only 5 minutes away.
The 2 story house comes complete with master bedroom, one other king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, and 3 ½ bathrooms - sleeping up to 8 people. The villa’s décor includes beautiful tiled marble floors in the bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The ground floor and second story porches afford stunning views of both the ocean and the canal waterways and a scenic setting for outdoor dining.
While enjoying the privacy of your own villa, everything you could desire for your trip is at your fingertips. Guests of Villa Gardenia have use of many of the amenities at Old Bahama Bay including beach access, fitness center, spa services, tennis court, beach playground, two restaurants and so much more.

$1,500 per night + 6% VAT tax with 3 night minimum. Longer stays may be required over holiday periods.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date. Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.
