The Villas of Stone Gate
Stone Gate is a 17-acre oceanfront retreat on the west end of Grand Bahamas Island with five stunning homes for rent.
All five Stone Gate Villas have ocean views and no villa is more than 170 feet from the beach. Each home offers 1,350 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full modern kitchen, wrap-around porches, French doors and numerous windows to let guests enjoy the views and ocean breezes.
Amenities include washer / dryer, stove / oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas grill, air conditioning, cable TV, and wireless internet. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and dishes you will need for your whole family or group. Stone Gate also has their own flats fishing boat with a expert guide on call, plus property management right on-site. Stone Gate features a community pool and hot tub with beautiful sun deck, white sand beach and a magnificent coral reef just 100 feet offshore. Guests have complimentary use of 2 kayaks, paddleboard, snorkel gear, bikes and beach volleyball court. The beach is rocky so water shoes are recommended.
This residential retreat is about 20 miles from the international airport, medical facilities, major grocery stores, casinos and golf courses. Close by are several restaurants plus local establishments in the village of West End.
For guests traveling by private boat, slips are available at Blue Marlin Cove (1/2 mile away) and at Old Bahama Bay (3 miles away). Stone Gate management offers complimentary transportation to and from the marinas for their guests.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date. Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.
