This 3,200 sq ft villa is ideal for two families or any group looking for two homes in one complex. The main house has a master bedroom with whirlpool tub and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). The second house, or guest quarters, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a kitchenette. Every room of the villa has beautiful water views. The property is wonderfully landscaped with an expansive covered porch and waterfront pool.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including a gas range. Villa features also include travertine marble floors, cypress beam high ceiling, and natural stained wood. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and include flat screen TV's/ DVD. The main entertainment system features 42' HDTV with surround sound and IPOD station, cable television and high-speed internet including WIFI.

The property also offers a 75 ft deep water private dock with 50 amp service and you can be in world class fishing and diving within minutes. Some of the amenities at Old Bahama Bay are available to you, including beach, tennis, pool, lawn games, along with two restaurants, fitness center and spa services. Private West End Airport is just minutes away.

Rates

$1,140 per night + 6% VAT tax with 4 night minimum stay
Private dock for vessels up to 70'. Nightly fee of $1.50 per ft, per night (for power and water usage).
Housekeeping: exit clean $230. Additional days available upon request for $150 per clean.
Damage deposit of $1,500 required and refunded within one week of departure.
Small pets welcome with additional $500 damage deposit.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date. Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.
