The Eleuthera Villa enjoys views over the canals and marina from the living & dining areas as well as the master suite. The living room features an 85-inch TV with cable TV and the bedrooms are equipped with 55-inch smart TV's.

 

The villa features three second floor bedrooms each with a king size bed and premium linens.   The master bedroom is elegantly furnished with an en suite luxury bathroom featuring a soaker tub, double vanity, and large enclosed shower.   The master suite also features walk in closets and a large outdoor terrace.  Each of the guest king suites feature en suite bathrooms.

 

There is a half bath and laundry with a full-size washer and dryer on the ground floor near the living areas.

​The villas are designed for both families and couples allowing space for dining and group activities while enjoying privacy when you retreat to your bedroom suite.

Rates

  • $720 per night in high season (May 21 to Sept 2 & Nov 17 to Jan 5) + 10% VAT and 6% service fee

  • $510 per night in low season (Sept 3 to Nov 16 & Jan 6 to May 20) + 10% VAT and 6% service fee

  • No minimum stay, but longer stays may be required over holiday periods.

  • The villa docks can accommodate boats up to 100’ with a draft of 9’ at low tide and come equipped with 30, 50 and 100 amp power, plus water.  Dockage is not included in the villas rates and the fees are $1.50 per foot per night and Power is $0.50 pkwh and water is flat $10 per day.  Dockage fees are collected at check-out by the property manager.

Cancelation Policies:

·         50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date.

·         Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows when all payments are forfeited. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.

 

Terms and Conditions:

·         Minimum check-in age: 21. Guests will be required to provide a valid government issued ID for identification purposes.

·         All rooms are non-smoking

·         No pets or service animals allowed.

·         Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.

·         No gatherings or parties are allowed. Only guests registered in the unit are allowed to stay after 10:00 p.m.

·         Once a rental agreement is sent out, guests have 24 hours to sign the agreement and make payment, after which the hold is released.
