Fortune Cay is an upscale gated community with the most stunning turquoise blue waters and powder white sand beaches just 4 minutes walking distance away.

Charmed is a two-story, 4 bedroom 3 ½ bathroom villa and sleeps up to eight guests.  The villa was renovated in 2014 with a modern, full-equipped, open-plan kitchen with an island bar providing seating for an additional 8 guests. This exquisitely decorated home also comes with an exercise room with a treadmill and flat screen TV.

 

Upon entering this beautiful home you will be greeted by a formal dining room and a spacious family room with high ceilings. The living room opens onto a covered and gated terrace which carries on directly to the pool. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace it also has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.

 

The second floor houses a guest bedroom with queen bed and the third floor bedrooms are one king and one queen room, separated by French doors with a skylight.

 

The back garden is gated with a swimming pool with jetted sitting area and a gazebo containing a bar, bathroom and additional storage. The garden/pool area is spacious and grand for entertaining with outdoor seating for up to eight guests. Free WiFi and two bicycles for guest use. Small pets allowed with advanced approval.

 

The villa is ideally located with the Reef Golf Course just a 7 minute drive and the Fortune Hills Golf Course a 10 minute drive away. The tourist area of Lucaya with international shops and dining is also a 10 minute drive.  We suggest that guests traveling by private boat make dockage arrangements at Grand Bahama Yacht Club, which is a fully secure marina just 5 minutes from the villa.
