The Andros Villa enjoys views over the canals and marina from the living and dining areas and the two master suites. There are five bedrooms, elegantly furnished with king beds and premium linens with en suite luxury bathrooms.

 

The living room features an 85-inch TV with cable TV and the bedrooms are equipped with 55-inch smart TV's.  The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, utensils, linens, towels, and basic home supplies sufficient for the first couple days of your stay.

 

Three guest bedrooms are located on the ground level with the gourmet kitchen, large dining area and living area with patio doors leading to an outdoor patio and the marina. There is also a half bath and full-size washer and dryer located on the ground level.

 

Upstairs features a large master suite equipped with en suite bathroom with glass shower stall, double vanity, and soaker tub. The second upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, desk and en suite bath.

Rates

  • $1,200 per night in high season (May 21 to Sept 2 & Nov 17 to Jan 5) + 10% VAT and 6% service fee

  • $850 per night in low season (Sept 3 to Nov 16 & Jan 6 to May 20) + 10% VAT and 6% service fee

  • No minimum stay, but longer stays may be required over holiday periods.

  • The villa docks can accommodate boats up to 100’ with a draft of 9’ at low tide and come equipped with 30, 50 and 100 amp power, plus water.  Dockage is not included in the villas rates and the fees are $1.50 per foot per night and Power is $0.50 pkwh and water is flat $10 per day. Dockage fees are collected at check-out by the property manager.

Cancelation Policies:

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date.

  • Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows when all payments are forfeited. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Minimum check-in age: 21. Guests will be required to provide a valid government issued ID for identification purposes.

  • All rooms are non-smoking

  • No pets or service animals allowed.

  • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.

  • No gatherings or parties are allowed. Only guests registered in the unit are allowed to stay after 10:00 p.m.

  • Once a rental agreement is sent out, guests have 24 hours to sign the agreement and make payment, after which the hold is released.
