Tornilla Villa is a 4-bedroom villa with boat dock and private pool located in the idyllic community of West End on Grand Bahama Island only 56 miles from West Palm Beach, Florida.
The 2-story house comes complete with master bedroom with king bed and three guest bedrooms each with a queen bed and 4 ½ bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests comfortably. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is impressive with stainless appliances including induction stove and beautiful cabinetry. The 2nd story porch is ideal for outdoor dining. The expansive pool area is perfect for entertaining. Guests also have use of a Golf Cart, BBQ grill, and bicycles.
The Villa has a private 100’ boat dock for the exclusive use of villa guests. The dock can accommodate boats with up to a 10’ draft and comes with 30 and 50 amp power and water. The villa is situated on the southwest corner of the second isle at Old Bahama Bay. Address is Poinciana Way, West End, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas.

Once a rental agreement is sent out, guests have 24 hours to sign the agreement and make payment, after which the hold is released.

50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days of Check-in Date. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days of Check-in Date. Full payment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of Check-in Date. Monies paid can be used towards stay within 6 months of check-in date, except for No-Shows. There is $100 change of arrival date fee.
