The Evansted Estate is two homes in one with 4 bedrooms in main house and 3 bedrooms in guest wing plus panoramic views of the ocean, a beautifully landscaped private outdoor courtyard with an open-air sitting area and a private pool ideal for enjoying romantic sunsets. The two wings are attached by covered walkway, affording additional space and privacy.  The villa comfortably sleeps 16 people with 4 queen bedded rooms and  3 twin bedded rooms (2 with 3 twin beds; 1 with 2 twin beds).

Inside this 8,000 sq ft home is a capacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen is the expansive living room, a comfortable yet spacious area complete with vaulted ceilings.  On the ground level doors open out to the villa’s best quality – huge pool area with bar, seating area, private pool with hot tub and views stretching all the way to the Florida coast.

This is a relaxed yet stylish island home with all the conveniences of modern living- a cook’s kitchen, dining for 12, central A/C, high-speed internet, fireplace as well as its own generator.  The home also comes with a 200 ft private boat dock along with on-site customs and immigration at Old Bahama Bay.  The private airport at West End is only 5 minutes away.

While enjoying the privacy of your own villa, everything you could desire for your trip is at your fingertips. Guests of Evansted have use of the owners’ paddleboard and other watersports equipment plus use of some of the amenities at Old Bahama Bay including pool and beach access, lawn games, fitness center, spa services, tennis court, beach playground, and so much more. Evansted Estate and Guest House is a unique, private, 7 bedroom, 7 1/2 bath villa located in West End, Grand Bahama Island, The Bahamas.  The villa is a truly exceptional vacation experience with breathtaking views across the expansive balconies, patio and private pool into the ocean.

  • ​$3,000 per night with 4 night minimum stay + 5% tax

  • $4,000 per night over holiday period + 5% tax (December 22 – January 2)
    Private dock for vessels up to 70' with utilities included 

  • Long Stay discounts available. 

  • Housekeeping: exit clean is included; additional cleans available for $200 per visit.

  • Damage deposit of $1,000 required and refunded within 48 hours of departure. 
  • Small pets welcome with additional $500 damage deposit.
